Shade of Ruin is for sale in paperback format!

Shade of Ruin is officially for sale on Amazon today. I feel very… (Come on Evelyn, you’re a

writer. Write some feels.) I feel weird. I’ve spent every day for almost four months looking at

the world through Maeve’s eyes. It’s been my world, and while I’ve let a few beta readers and a lot of ARC readers look through her eyes, it’s still been my world.

But the reviews are coming in and people are seeing this world in brand new ways, and it’s

wonderful. Nyth and Maeve and Cole and the Shade aren’t just mine anymore. Now that the

book is FOR SALE, I know that there are going to be even more ways people will see all these

people and places, and I’m here for it.

It’s also absolutely terrifying.

I think that’s the whole vibe of this author thing, though. Just constant alternating terror and

excitement. So I’m going to spend the weekend doing some tech things I’m not at all qualified

to do. Excitement and terror, right? I guess I’ll just embrace it.
